7 Deadly Sins....of Reading

Good Morning Everyone,

As I confessed to you all yesterday, I am having a bit of a tough time with blogging ideas. Between NaNoWriMo and the every day trials of life I just haven't felt the blogging spark.

So what to post today? Well I'm going to be stealing Borrowing a post from Kenzie over at Chasing My Extraordinary!

I give you....

The 7 Deadly Sins of Reading

Greed: What is your Most Inexpensive Book/ Expensive?
Well my most Inexpensive books have either been free or down to like .25 cents at the thrift store...I just can't stand to leave books abandoned there on the thrift store shelves! Most Expensive book would probably be one of my Harry Potter books.

Wrath: What Author do you have a Love/Hate Relationship with?
George RR Martin. I love the Game of Thrones series, but he just kills people off! People I care about!!! Also I hate waiting so long between books....

Gluttony: What book have you devoured over and over with no shame?
I reread books all the time....but probably Harry Potter, The Iron Druid Series, and the book Joust by Mercedes Lackey

Sloth: What book have you neglected reading due to laziness?
At the moment it is Maze Runner. I want to start it but I just get distracted by other things.

Pride: What book do you talk about most to sound like an intellectual reader?
I don't really do this...I read because I like to read and often it isn't "intellectual" reading. It's just reading for fun. I read a lot of that "intellectual" stuff in college and honestly all I really care about is a good story with good characters.

Lust: What attributes do you find attractive in Male/Female characters?
I like both male and female to be strong characters with senses of humor. Even if that humor is bone dry (ie Harry Dresden) it has to be in there somewhere. Also I like the ones with "dark" pasts and secrets.

Envy: What book would you most like to receive as a gift?
I want all of the books!
But seriously the ones I am lusting after currently?
School for Good and Evil: A world without Princes By Simone Chainani
The Scandalous Sisterhood of Prickwillow Place by Julie Berry
Trial by Fire by Josephine Angelini
Pennyroyal Academy by M.A. Larson
And the missing hardback copies of my editions of The Series of Unfortunate Events (I got half of them at the thrift store but I NEED the rest!!!)
