This is another sad post day.

I'm kind of over the sad posts honestly.

But Brion was a good dog and he deserves a post.

Last night we had to put Brion down.

It was sad and awful.

But he is no longer in pain and for that we are thankful.

Brion lived a lovely ten years with us....and we are going to miss him terribly

See you on the Rainbow Bridge, Boy.

Lately...

Good Morning Everyone,

Apologies for the radio silence the past few days. I've been a little down and out due to having a wisdom tooth pulled last Tuesday. The Friday beforehand I had nearly been in tears from the pain of it so on Tuesday I got that sucker taken out!

This image accurately shows EXACTLY what my Wisdom Tooth was doing. EVIL.

Well after the pulling of the tooth I spent three days at my parents' place while I looked like a deranged chipmunk but all in all it was pretty enjoyable as they kept Kyra happy and I chilled out on the couch.

Also my mom and I binge watched three and a half seasons of Downton Abbey.

I had seen the first three seasons but my Mom had not seen a single episode. She picked up four seasons on Black Friday for like super cheap and we decided to start watching them. As I predicted she loved them just as much as I did! We only got about three episodes into Season Four and while I could go ahead and watch them on Hulu it was WAY more fun to watch with my Mom. Especially since my husband thinks the show is slow which I just cannot understand. How is it slow? I feel like I'm on the edge of my seat all the time!

My favorite is the Dowager Countess.

Then Friday happened. On Friday my horse Shay crossed the Rainbow Bridge. He was an old horse, I had had him since I was 12 or 13 and he had been in his teens back then. He hadn't been looking well for awhile and Friday he finally found his peace. The truly touching and heartbreaking thing is our horse PJ wouldn't leave his side until he was laid to rest. PJ is truly heartbroken over losing his friend and I am heartbroken seeing him so sad. We will be keeping an eye on him closely to make sure he is okay. We will all miss Shay very very much.

The rest of the weekend was honestly just a blur of house cleaning and lots and lots of this song:

This is Kyra's favorite right now and she demands "DANCE! PEES!!" and that is my cue to start playing it over again. She then dances around joyfully. (Also PEES means PLEASE just so you know) It is probably one of the cutest things ever and honestly has made the weekend better.

So that is what has been up with me, I will be catching up on blogs today and working on future posts! I hope you all have a Happy Monday!
