Monday Memes: March Madness

Good...Evening Everyone,

Apologies for the (very) late blog post today. Honestly I was just busy and time slipped away from me! I had a few errands to run around town and then went and visited my mom for a bit and then suddenly it was 5pm and I hadn't put up a blog post!

Today something different. Today I share with you the reasons March is Madness...for me. 


1) I know someone with a birthday Every. Single. Day. this month. 

2) Two of those people are immediate family members (tomorrow is my Mom's!) 

3) Comic Con. 

4) Never is weather in the Midwest more bi-polar than it is this month.

5) Spring is coming....followed by summer....which means it's going to get hot....and I haven't gotten "hot"....and you can't hide in coats and sweaters forever....I tell myself this every year...

Monday Meme's Over Coffee

Good Morning Everyone, 

So this morning I thought to myself, "I'm so ahead of the game! I have all my posts planned in my calendar for the month! I have some great new content ready to go!" then as I flipped open my calendar to see what I had scheduled for today...I saw that I had nothing! The first "real" day of the challenge I set for myself and I didn't bother to schedule anything! 

Then I thought about just posting a weekend update as our weekend was pretty busy but because I am a "PRO" blogger....I took exactly zero pictures. 

So I snapped a picture of my morning coffee setup  in order to look like I was actually prepared. 

Then I sent it to myself in an email. Prompting this moment to occur....

I am totally winning this morning.....

Monday Meme~ Moms can't get sick!

Good morning everyone, 

I have managed to catch the cold my husband brought home last week, Kyra has it as well, so that is Super Fun. I basically feel like my nose is a faucet but also so congested that my brain is threatening to explode from the pressure. I took care of my husband last week doing all I could to make him feel better...his advice to me? Just go lay down and rest! 

REST?! 

Is he joking? Oh sure I will just go take a nap whole our one year old takes care of herself, the chores, and the dogs shall I?! Ugh.
