Wednesday Confessions~ It's gonna be a long day

Good Morning Everyone,

Welcome back to Wednesday/Humpday/Confession day!

Vodka and Soda
The Hump Day Blog Hop
Joining the linkups again today!

So here are my confessions....

....My morning started with poop. Honestly. Kyra had a major blowout that meant we both got a bath this morning, at 6am. Awesome morning so far.

....My baby brother graduates college this weekend and I have NOTHING to wear. Seriously the only dress in my closet that might fit is a maternity dress and my child is now nearly 11 months old...fail. Now I have to go clothes shopping....ugh.

....I missed Zumba last night because Kyra had not taken a nap all day and when she finally fell asleep while I was holding her I was not going to move and ruin it. Instead I decided I would just go to bed myself. Whatever, I will go tomorrow.

....I want this pen....

THIS PEN. (gif)

...I have a fridge full of chicken and hamburger that we got at Sam's club and now needs to be broken down into dinner servings and then frozen. I DO NOT like to touch raw meat. I'm avoiding it even though I know it will end up being me that has to do it. Procrastination is my second language.
 I'm a multi-tasking procrastinator . . . I can put off all kinds of things at once.

...I am not a FROZEN hater but seriously....not worth all this hype. Movie was cute but nothing original. Also the false claims popping up around the web annoy me. Let a full fledged Disney-aholic set the record straight....

People need to seriously brush up on their Disney. // SIDE NOTE: Everyone says Flynn is the first Disney guy to question why everyone is singing and I'm like HELLO did you forget about Robert when Giselle started singing 'That's how you know'?

So that is it for me today, Big Hugs to all of you!

Also today is the 10th Anniversary of Mean Girls. It is also Wednesday. We are wearing Pink.

Hot Mama Monday~ I'm Done

I'm Done.

Seriously I am just fed up and done.

I'm done being tired.

I'm done looking in the mirror and not liking what I see.

I'm done only wearing clothes because they fit not because I really like them.

I'm done never feeling pretty.

I'm done having a love/hate relationship with food.

I'm done of being envious.

I'm done wishing.

I'm done with all of it.

I am over all of the drama of weight loss.

This time I'm just gonna do it.

And this time.......It's going to stick.

No more excuses.

Friday Five 4/25/14

Good Morning Everyone!

Happy Friday!

It's time for the Friday Five!

1) I am thinking of doing a Video of my April Favorites. Including Products, Books, and other things that I loved this month. Would you all be interested in a video? Or would you prefer a blog post devoted to it instead? Let me know!

2) I have been challenged to do the Cold Water Challenge. I will be participating as soon as I am over my cold because I don't want to make matters worse and catch pneumonia. Any ideas on how to make my Cold Water Challenge more epic?

3) I am working on a DIY post for next week. Brace yourselves for bad camera work....

4) I changed my Alert tone on my iPod that notifies me of emails. It is called Sherwood Forest and now sounds like the Wild Hunt is charging through my living room at all hours of the day. I find it hilarious.

5)  I'm going to cheat here and leave you with my five favorite Pins of the week. Enjoy and Have a great weekend!

nyxcosmetics "SHOCKING PINK"
(I need this lipstick. Nyx Shocking Pink)

♥ I totally need a motivational workout outfit
(Even I cannot deny how awesome it would be to workout in this gear)

Spring Game of Thrones Nail Art #GOT
(I love me some Game of Thrones!)

卡通 he@rtbeat
(Isn't this just beautiful?)
I laughed a little too much at this...
(Not ashamed to say, I laughed for an unreasonably long time at this one.  Still laughing actually.)

Big Hugs to all!

Things Before I'm Thirty

Good Morning Everyone,

Man I love Linkups! I found so many new blogs yesterday! Also so many new people found me! I'm not going to lie, I danced around every time I got a comment and I made sure I wrote back to each of you! Not only that but some of you continued to email back and forth with me and that just rocked! It's the most interaction I've had with someone other than the baby all week! (My husband has been working late nights)

So THANK YOU all for coming to view my page, THANK YOU for the comments and the support. This is one of the reasons I love blogging, getting to meet new people that I might never have met otherwise! I'm so happy I get to follow along with you all on your blogs and so honored you would follow mine!

Okay enough mush....on with the post....

Today I thought I would share with you all a list. A list of things that I want to do before I turn thirty. Now I turn thirty in December so that does not leave me a whole lot of time but I still thought it would be fun to have a list and it gives me great material for blog posts!

So here we go!

1) Knit a scarf or other some such thing. I got a knitting kit from my Mom for Christmas and I really enjoy knitting! However I have just been working on stitches over and over and haven't really made anything yet. I take it apart and start again but I think I am ready to actually put something together!
Applies to a myriad of nerdy past-times, not just knitting :) @Seven Winchester
2) Make my Mom's homemade rolls. These are legendary around in our family and I will master them this year!

3) Finish the first book in my trilogy. And by "finish" I mean finish the rough draft, edit, and finish the final draft. No more procrastination!
you should be writing meme - Google Search
4) Simplify my life. I am so ready to get rid of clutter and all the junk that I have around the house. I do not want to take ALL THIS STUFF the next time we move!
Conquer The Clutter: Week 1
5) Take a kickboxing class. It just sounds fun!
I love the saying above...... It is so me. My kickboxing instructor asks all the time what I am so mad about, b/c I don't hit like a girl.
6) Hit my goal weight. The goal is 135 pounds. I've got a long way to go.....
Yep, yep!
7) Complete Kyra's 1st Year Scrapbook.

8) Be somewhat self employed. I'm a SAHM but I'd like to help generate some income for the household. I'm sure the hubs would appreciate that as well!
A mildly humorous take on a day in the life of a Stay-At-Home-Mom (SAHM) http://bigfamilytinyhouse.wordpress.com/2013/10/10/a-day-in-the-life-of-a-sahm/
9) Read at least 50 books. So far I've read 11...I need to get on the ball!

10) Start a decent YouTube Channel for this blog also since you all raved about it so much, an Instagram and Twitter!

 11) Get into weight lifting

12) Overhaul the blog design around here to make it more "Me"

13) Create a "Beauty" section for this blog for reviews and hauls! I love makeup too much to not have a section!

14) Create a "Book" section for all things book related. Again reviews, suggestions, maybe bits of my own book!

15) Learn to use the bloody camera properly.

Okay so there are fifteen things....I'm working toward thirty but fifteen is enough to get on with at this point! Anyone else have a list of things they want to do?

Yes not every item got a photo, Kyra had had enough of me on the computer and was having a fit. Therefore, you get what you get!

Big Hugs! Tomorrow is Friday!

Wednesday-Blog Hop/Confessions Edition

Good Morning Everyone,

It is days like today that I am thankful I don't film a whole lot of videos. I have a cold and my voice sounds like I am attempting to speak whale. Not pleasant.
The Best Dory Quotes | Oh My Disney

Today I thought in addition to doing the normal Wednesday Blog Hop I would also do the Wednesday Confessions! I saw these on the blog Vodka and Soda and I must have been living under a rock lately because these posts are hilarious how have I been missing them?? Thus now I want to jump in there with my own confessions because well....everyone loves to know the down and dirty don't they? Does anyone else sing Usher's song "Confessions" every time that see that word? No, Just me? Figures.

The Hump Day Blog Hop

 Ryan button

1) You know the saying " Starve a Fever, Feed a Cold" ? Yeah I did that in full force yesterday. Seriously I felt like a bottomless pit of hunger and misery with this cold and the fact that mom's don't get a sick day.
This is so true this year! So sick of being sick. We were all excited about the new plan for the gym and bam....another cold bug. Grrr...

2) I put my vacuum cleaner in "time out" yesterday. I cleaned the thing out, put it back together and then when I go to use it, it clogs again and this time the belt starts to smoke.......fail. So I took the thing outside and told it that it could face the music when my husband got home.
I talk to inanimate objects.

3) I have watched Billy Crystal's special  700 Sundays on HBO GO three times now. It is so hilarious and heart wrenching. He's Awesome.
The return engagement of Billy Crystal's 700 Sundays opens tonight at the Imperial Theatre

4) I do not get Twitter and Instagram. Honestly I just don't get them....maybe I'm the weirdo but it just seems like they took the worst parts of Facebook and made them their own things....also Facebook. UGH. Sick of it. Pinterest holds my heart. You can follow me here if you like. I pin cool things.
All of us when we 1st joined Pinterest.... Haha! <3 Hi, my name is Donna Reeder & I'm addicted to Pinterest!!! :D
5) I don't know how to work my brother's fancy camera....so it just sits there in the bag looking sad. I suck at photos.
 camera fail

6)  I'm a fangirl. SUPERPOTTERLOCK FOR LIFE! And those aren't the only ones.... Why?
I don't "like" I obsess

So those are the confessions this week because Kyra is now rioting in her high chair demanding her release. Hope you all have a great day!

Big Hugs!

Friday Five 4/18/14

Good Morning Everyone,

Happy Friday!

Time for the Friday Five, this week's is a bit random, fair warning.

1) I agreed to do a 5K with my Auntie this August. I've never done a formal 5K before but I did do the Couch to 5K program a few years back. Also I walked a 5K last weekend when my husband decided he wanted to go to the State Park. Took a little over an hour and that was with Kyra refusing to ride in the stroller after a mile into the trip.  Anyhow it is a Breast Cancer Awareness 5K and since my mom is a breast cancer survivor it seems a good one to do!

https://www.facebook.com/KomenKansasCity?notif_t=fbpage_fan_invite

2) My little brother was up for an internship after he graduates college in two weeks. He found out Wednesday that he did not get the internship. He actually got offered a FULL TIME JOB! He starts the week after he graduates and I could not be happier for him. It is so great that he will finish school and be able to go right into the field that he studied for. (Video Production) I'm glad he isn't one of the many that study and study only to end up with a degree and working at Target, because that happens all too often. Super proud of him!

3) My mom came over on Wednesday and helped me get the basement room all cleaned and cleared out for my friends to come and visit next month! That room tends to be a "catch all" room but now it is cleaned up and ready to go. Half of it looks like a little hotel room and the other half has storage shelves now that I am using for my stockpile as I get better at coupons. I've gone down there like twenty times to just stare at the lovely space. Clean rooms make me so happy.

4) After nearly two years of being lost I found our Passports. They were tucked in with Wedding Cards and things....it figures. My husband was thrilled. I think he might of thought I lost them on our honeymoon or something. HAH! I knew they were in the house, though how they ended up in the wedding box remains a mystery.....

5) I am considering putting together a list of my top Young Adult Fiction books. I know that Summer time means some kiddos will be looking for books to read (unless your kids are weird and like play outside or something...) and I know that beyond Harry Potter it can get pretty tough to give slightly older kids recommendations for books. Also these books are good enough for any adult to read as well!
"No one can be Stephen King... Even Stephen King isn't Stephen King!"

Alright I'm out of here! Everyone have a great weekend and a Happy Easter!

Big hugs!

Thursday Thoughts- Why am I doing this?

Good Morning Everyone,

Thanks to all that came over yesterday from the blog hop! I really appreciate each and every person that takes time out of their day to come over and read my little corner of the internet! Big hugs to all of you!

So yesterday I got a comment, which in itself is so exciting and THANK YOU, but as I was reading it, it got me thinking about my reasons for losing weight. What is motivating me? Do I have anything beyond shallow reasons to lose weight? Is it okay to just have shallow reasons?

So since I am a big fan of lists, Here is my list of

REASONS WHY I AM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT

1) It may be shallow but, I want to look good, I want to go into my closet and pull out whatever I like and it will fit.

2) I wanna look good naked. Enough said.

3) I want to be healthy and fit. Meaning I want to be able to run up a flight of stairs without getting winded. I want to be able to lift heavy things without trouble.

4) Flexibility. I am a pretty flexible girl because I was in dance and gymnastics as a child and that really helped me to continue to be flexible as an adult. However I want to increase that flexibility even as I get older because it just feels really good!

5) For Kyra. I want to establish a healthy attitude towards food and exercise for her. If I have a healthy attitude toward it then maybe she will too. I never want her to struggle the way that I have, I want her to enjoy food and exercise in ways that I never did. She should be able to benefit from all the things I have learned along the way!

So those are the top five reasons and there are more reasons but they pretty much go along with the five I have already named. It may seem shallow but I do want to look good. I don't want to hide from cameras anymore and I certainly don't want to feel like the FF anymore!

Now I'm off to play with Kyra  hope you all are having a great one, Big hugs from here!

Also here is a little Laugh for ya! (This is me....)

HA HA HA... That's me!

Wednesday Blog Hop~ The FF

Good Morning Everyone,

It's Wednesday and that means blog hop day!

The Hump Day Blog Hop

To all you old hands at this welcome back and to those that are just joining us welcome!

I was a good girl today and clicked through a lot of the blogs in the hop and started following some more and plan to follow even more of you but if I plan on getting this post up I need to stop reading and start writing. Kyra is happily sitting in her high chair eating a piece of string cheese so I have like....five minutes to get this post up and running before she is ready to go again.

So today I'm gonna talk about something uncomfortable.

Being the Fat Friend (FF).

This is not a topic I like to talk about. Actually it is something I hate talking about. Yet somehow it is the topic I find comes up in my mind almost every few moments and thus ends up being something that I write about a lot.

I've been the fat friend for I have no idea how long....maybe always.

Don't pretend you don't know what the fat friend is. All girls do and guys are very aware. In fact guys now call the fat friend the "grenade" I believe that they jump on so their buddy can get the "hot" friend. Thanks for that one....as if we didn't feel bad enough....

Anyhow being the fat friend usually goes something like this.....

Skinny friend: I wanna go out! Let's go to the bar/club and hang out! Meet me at my place at 8!

FF: Um....okay.....I don't really have anything to wear....

Skinny friend: Oh come on! Just put on anything! You look fine!

FF: *sigh* Yeah....

FF arrives at SF's house where an entire flock of them are putting on makeup and slipping into dresses impossibly short and slinky. FF has the nicest top that does not hug anything it is not supposed to and jeans. Self esteem rapidly decreasing as the others look hot and are already half tipsy and giggling. FF smiles and tries to join in or they will ask her what is wrong and she would rather die than admit to it. However in that moment she could not feel more horrible or awful. Why can't I look like these girls? What is wrong with me.....don't I have any self control? If I just worked harder I wouldn't have to go through this every single time....

This same thing happens while shopping. Skinny Friend/s are picking out everything that is cute in the store and having no trouble getting into the outfits. They are actually complaining about having TOO MANY choices. While Fat Friend is over on the sidelines with the choice of looking like either a leopard or a zebra, because the fashion industry for some reason thinks that if you put animal print on a fat girl she will blend into the background....or worse case scenario they want to mark you as an animal and not worth human notice....that might be a little cynical though.

The point is I've been through these types of scenarios my whole life. I've cried in bathrooms and changing stalls. I've watched my friends get hit on and been ignored. (though happily I've been with my high school sweetheart all these years so that didn't sting as badly) I have wished so badly to be able to wear the cute clothes and just feel....normal.

So why is this coming up now? Well there is a vacation in my future and I'm not going to be the Fat Friend anymore. I just refuse to be. I have a few months before we go and that is enough time to really work hard and get myself in gear, because I do not want another event where I am unable to enjoy myself because of my weight.

It's going to be hard, and it is going to be a struggle. Also I'm going to need some real support....because I know it's going to be rough going for a bit...but I can do it. I've done it before....I'll do it again.

Big hugs to all that read this and I hope that you might consider following me on my journey.

Weekend Recap b/c it was AWESOME!

Afternoon Everyone,

So Hot Mama Monday will resume next week because my weekend was awesome and I feel like writing about it instead!

So Saturday morning my husband had some work to do down in the city and I decided that Kyra and I would tag along because it would take us close to my Auntie and Uncle's house and we could visit while the hubs was working.

They were super happy to have us and my Auntie surprised me by taking me to get a pedicure! Now I haven't had a pedicure since last year at before my baby shower for little Miss Kyra!

Don't my toes look just lovely now?! The color is OPI "You're Such a Buda-Pest" and is just a GORGEOUS color.

After getting our toes done we stopped by the local Ulta. Can you believe my Auntie had never been in an Ulta before?! Her response upon walking in..."Wow that is a lot of makeup....." LOL.

So we did a little retail therapy which was so much fun. I really needed a few new makeup brushes because mine were starting to fall apart after nearly....six or eight years of use.  I got the two I needed and then picked up a super awesome deal on Nyx butter glosses. It was a pack of the three glosses I had really been wanting and was a great deal.  I had a coupon for 20% off your total purchase, (we don't pay retail!) and we put all our things together to save a bit, then my Auntie, being the AMAZING Auntie she is, bought all my stuff! Thank you so much! You rock! (I know she reads my blog!) Here is what I ended up with....

(Nyx Butter Glosses in: Apple Strudel, Cherry Pie, and Eclair)

(Real Techinques Expert Face Brush and Blush Brush.
Yes I used the face brush already and LOVED IT. )

After our little shopping trip we met up with the boys and had lunch at Texas Roadhouse. Delicious and Kyra really enjoyed the hot rolls!

After that we hit up a baby sale that was pretty blah but then headed back to their house to make cupcakes for my Dad's birthday which was Sunday. We made triple chocolate cupcakes and they turned out SO GOOD. Also I got to practice my piping skills and was pretty proud of myself as they didn't turn out too badly!

So that was Saturday.

Sunday was spent at my parents' place as we did a cookout for Dad's birthday. Hamburgers, Brats, Potato Salad (there was no dieting this weekend kids) Also we had the cupcakes, I made these Cookie Butter Cups I found off Pinterest (more on that one later this week), and Mom made Chocolate Covered Strawberries.  So much food, So tasty, So worth the workouts I'm going to have to put in this week to burn it off!

The finishing touch to the weekend was watching the Season Premier of Game of Thrones last night. SO. MUCH. WIN.

All in all, it was one of the best weekends ever!

Oh and I almost forgot, My Auntie surprised me by using her Beauty Brands Free OPI coupon to pick up a bottle of "You're Such a Buda-Pest" for me!!!! #Spoiled

So how was everyone's weekend? Sorry this post is going up so late, Kyra was not having me on the computer this morning!

Big hugs to all!

Now we are 10 Months!

Good Morning Everyone!

So tomorrow Kyra will be 10 months old but I am posting today because I usually take the weekends off from blogging. This weekend will be a good one since it is my Dad's birthday on Sunday!

So here is what Kyra is up to!

New Developments:

Standing on her own- She did this for the first time on March 27th but now has done it several times and for longer periods of time!

Four teeth on top and two on bottom

Crawling under the dining room table and under the chairs, it looks like she is training to avoid lasers or something.....like in that movie Entrapment....

New words- Pa Pa, Grandma-ma, Dog, Up, Hi, Bye

Loves:

String Cheese

Chicken

Applesauce

Being chased around the house (she gets so excited and tries to crawl faster usually leading to her falling on her belly and laughing hysterically)

Dancing and Music

Her Llama toy, This Giant Bear her daddy got her, and a Cadbury Bunny that clucks like a chicken

Not as fond of:

Naps or bedtime

Her crib

Being told "no" or being picked up when she has gotten into something she should not (aka Dog Food Bowls. I actually watched her climb into the water bowl when I hadn't picked it up yet and sit in the middle of it.....she's a character)

Thursday Thoughts- Ready to be Me

Good Morning Everyone,

So I've been thinking about things.

Things I am good at and things I am not so good at.

Things I wish I was good at and things that are just not going to happen.

I've come to a few conclusions.

One~

I am not a YouTuber. I wish I was, I wish I had the time to spend editing and filming videos. I love watching videos and I am never out of ideas for content. I have ideas just floating around in my head waiting for the chance to be seen but alas I have no time to video and edit. It takes a lot of time. I tried to film a March Favorites video and it took me a million tries and it still didn't end up right and I have no time to edit it down to a good length. Also halfway through filming Kyra's nap ended and I found myself shooting the video with a little one crawling around me and trying to steal all the items off my desk as I filmed. It was entertaining but not great for filming quality.

Two~

I AM a good writer. This I am certain of, I know that I can write and that I write well. I know that when I am feeling down or happy or anything in between it is writing that I turn to in order to express those emotions.

Three~

I actually really love blogging. I love knowing I have a little corner of the internet to myself that I can put content out into the world. It may not always be the most amazing content, and maybe it doesn't make much more than a tiny ripple in the ocean that is blog land, but it is my space and I love it.

Four~

I am not good at promoting my blog. I've never been in it for the money, I do not like to "Pimp" my blog out in any fashion. I love link ups, I love doing tag posts, but "sponsors" make me uncomfortable. I'm really just here to write....and I honestly hate posts that have three words of the actual author's content and then a page worth of sponsors. I've said it before, I come to your blog to read about YOU. I will find other blogs via linkups and such, also I would never pay money for someone more popular than me to promote me. It seems....just too weird.

Five~

I love makeup. I love beauty products in general. However I am never going to be one of those girls that it is okay for me to drop a lot of money on makeup. Maybe this makes me not as dedicated as the others, I'm not sure. Also lately I feel like the wind has been taken out of my sails on the whole thing. No one ever really took my makeup advice before and now they are taking someone else's instead and repeating it back to me even though I've known these things for years....even though I've told them these things before.

Six~

Most people in real life are not listening to what I am saying. I'm excitable, a HUGE fangirl, and in general pretty silly.....but my voice is pretty much ignored on anything important. Actually....my voice is ignored in general. By everyone. This is not for a pity party it is just the truth. No one cares what I am saying, I'm just a weird piece of furniture in their lives (quote from Juno, amazing movie)

Seven~

I am done writing content in order to "impress". Those posts always feel forced and awful to me and thus I am done with them. I write what I write and that is that. I'm done trying to be like This blogger or That blogger. I'm just me, and that is enough.

Eight~

I am a crappy photographer. End of story.

Nine~

I am slightly obsessive. When I find something I like I have to know all the things about it. I latch on tightly and don't let go. Sometimes this obsession might pass, but more than likely it will not. As I said I am a Fangirl and that is one of their many qualities.

Ten~

There are going to be some changes around this blog. I am going to really start writing for myself and if people happen to like it that would be awesome. I am tired of feeling like everything I enjoy someone else has already done so what is the point? I'm done with that. So what if someone else has done it? So what if my favorite things are things that maybe other people are much better at? I love baking, makeup, writing, reading, blogging, comic books, movies, cosplay, D&D characters, and being a mom. Am I an expert at any of these things? NOPE. But I'm over all that, I'm done feeling like I am less than. All those things make me who I am...and now I'm just ready to be me.

A horrible day

Morning Everyone,

So today I have a horrible headache and the weather is gloomy and miserable....kinda the way I feel right now.

Yesterday sucked.

Long story short- One of the pomeranians we were watching for my husband's grandmother escaped and got into the road while my husband was walking them yesterday morning. Sammy, the poor thing,  was hit by a car and he did not make it. My husband was devastated. I was devastated. Seriously it could not have been a more miserable awful day. It hurts even worse because it was not our dog but one we had been entrusted to take care of while his grandmother is displaced due to her home having a fire a few months ago. Although I would be sad about any dog. Any animal actually....my husband has to tell me to shut my eyes sometimes when we are driving so I don't see the dead deer and other animals. It always makes me cry.

Now there is just the tiny pom left, her name is Taffy. I am paying extra special attention to her because dog's grieve and I don't want this little one to grieve herself to death. That happens if you were not aware, especially when dogs have been together for a long time.

Today I do not feel any better, I still feel awful about the poor puppy and I am also really angry at the person that hit him because they did not even stop. What kind of person hits a dog and does not stop? A crappy person. A horrible person. Seriously I would have been bawling in the street if I hit a dog and would probably wind up hit myself. Then again I like animals better than people so maybe that is just something that I would do....dunno.

Anyhow I didn't really want to write this post but I felt like I had to, my head is so full of emotion and thoughts that I have to get them out before I go crazy.

I seriously just needed to write the post as therapy. It still hurts but at least I am getting the feelings out of my head and onto the page.

Anyhow, time for me to go, hope everyone else is having a better week.

Hugs from here.

Discipline

Good Morning Everyone and Happy April Fool's Day, if you are into that sort of thing.

So the other day I saw this pin on Pinterest:
Discipline - fitspo
And it got me thinking. I really lack discipline. Not just when it comes to fitness/diet, but in all things.

I used to be very disciplined, and when I am at my parents' house it shows. I know what is expected at dinner time; I help set the table, I know where everyone sits, I help clean up immediately afterward before going off to do something else. Needless to say this rarely happens in my own house.

However as I was reading this pin and thinking about discipline I realized that this is the reason that I often have so much trouble with my goals. I don't make myself do them diligently. There is no discipline involved actually, just kind of a vague understanding that I need to do this. This needs to change. I need to be more disciplined in the goals that I am trying to reach. This is the big change I need to make.

So that is why the word of the month will be Discipline. I will focus intently on my goals and make sure I am taking the steps to achieve them.

So here are the goals for April:

1) The Squat Challenge- 30 days in the month, 30 days of squats. I will not fail this month!

2) 1000 words a day on the story or at least some form of writing, blog excluded.

3) Make my dining room clutter free and set up a mail station at the office desk. I am tired of fighting the clutter and I LOATHE when my husband leaves the dining room table covered in stuff, particularly mail.

4) Big Ten- The goal is another ten pounds for the month, I CAN do this.

5) Get outside more- either on walks with Kyra, Taking her to the park, or spending time just out in the sunshine at my parents' place. We need a little more sunlight in our lives!

So there are the goals for the month!

What are your goals for the month? Do you lack Discipline as well? Any recommendations on how to get my Discipline back??

Big hugs to all! Happy Tuesday!
